Is the plate in the front legally required? Or is it just ornamental?
In India we are legally required to have a plate in front as well. It’s ugly and painful. Right now I have just used double side tape and have it on but will need to make a holder for a more permanent solution
Couldnt you just leave it off and grease some palms when you get harassed?
When I lived in Canada we had to have plates on both ends. I had a vw gti and the plate never really fit so I left it off and dealt with the cops as needed. Never really a big issue, they would threaten me with a fine and I would talk my way out of it.
Now in TN, usa and no front plates at all!!

Depends on the city but it aint that easy anymore. So for now double sided tape to the rescue before I get something made to hold the plate in the frontCouldnt you just leave it off and grease some palms when you get harassed?
