Desert X suspension setup recommendations

I am looking for guidelines on bike setup, I have not found anything that addresses fully loaded bike suspension sag setting.
Has anyone found information on the subject, along with the weight range the OEM bike is set up for?
I do not have enough experience to know when I might need stronger springs and or other suspension modifications.

I have found all of the setups that are electronically adjusted, and the mechanically adjusted Fork, and rear shock adjustments along with with recomended settings for different riding conditions. I assume the factory guidelines are close enough and I can make adjustments to them as I get acquainted with the bike.

Seriously, find a good suspension shop. If you need different springs all depends on your weight, how much (weight) do you plan on carrying, are you going off-road or staying on-road. There are lots of good videos showing you how to set up basic preload.

Depending on how much different the springs are you may need revalving of the forks and shock as well.

I went to a local suspension shop and what I learned is the factory suspension is very bouncy, so if you're mainly riding onboard then it will need to be adjusted. As I begin to ride the bike off road, I still prefer a bit tighter suspension setting.
The user manual has different riding suspension setup recommendations as a good starting point. I found that helped a lot and then tweak one thing by half a turn or so at a time. I will probably go to a suspension place as I may need bigger springs too.

It's a poor starting point as the rear shock's spring is just too soft. Forgetting about what the manual recommends and using true suspension set-up measurements, the stock shock's spring is too weak to even get close to the proper preload with just the weight of the bike. Forget about the rider, any bags, or farkles.
