Greetings from Switzerland

Hi all
After many years touring Europe on a NineT roadster it’s time to hit the dirt roads and explore farther.
I’ve had my DX since august 2022 and I’m slowly taking some offroad courses to build my confidence.
I’m almost 40 and live near Lausanne in Switzerland.
i have a trip planned to Kirghizistan and Kazakhstan this summer.
My dream is to go to Iceland onde day.

I’m 174cm I feel the bike is a bit too tall and the side stand too long.
I'm hesitating in getting the lowering kit.
Any feedback on that for us smaller fellows?
