So Turning up to my local ducati dealer was a little disappointing, after speaking with the sales guy, previously spoke on phone to another sales guy week before, I went over the extras I wanted and the on the road price and when can I collect a 2023 bike, first off the waiting time was up to 4 to 5 months or even longer lol ,secondly they can't guarantee when the extras like crash bars, bash plate etc would arrive, after some discussion they gave me a price and it was £600 pounds more than the phone price over the phone !! Also when checking the extra parts I wanted online I found them cheaper from their own online ebay store (wtf) so now after all this now I'm in the dilemma of not getting one and i keep riding the bikes I own or finding another uk dealer who can give me a fixed date on the bike and the extras I want ,as I'm not part exing another bike and it will be a cash sale or payed straight from my debit card I'd like a real answer from a dealer lol.

So for the uk owners how long did you wait from leaving deposit before collecting the bike and did you get the extra parts you ordered with the bike or did you have to wait ?, also what did you pay for your bikes as I've Been quoted 3 diffrent prices on the basic bike with no ducati extra parts with 2 diffrent ducati dealers without the ducati extras lol. I'm going to phone Manchester ducati when they re open in January but if you can recommend a dealer that can give me straight answers it be great . Cheers

Ordered mine on a Saturday and picked it up the following Monday in November. Purchased from Laguna Performance Center, Ashford, Kent. They had four when I purchased mine. I ordered heated grips, centre stand and rear rack and plate. The dealer had the grips in stock and they were fitted prior to collection. The rack was in stock with Ducati UK at the time and will be fitted at the first service. I have been given a date of sometime in Jan/Feb for the centre stand.

A lot of manufacturers are experiencing issues with supply at the moment, not just Ducati., for example my local Triumph dealer as similar supply problems.

Hi
Hi,

Right from first contact with Ducati Manchester they were superb, offered a stunning price right from the word go, over the phone, offered the demo for the day, gave a great price on a part ex …..it all seemed too old to be true in honesty

Their General Manager, Martin looked after me when I visited the following week, what a cracking guy, sorted me a deal on a 23 model year from stock, managed to get a load of Ducati performance parts I wanted, cut a cracking deal on those too, fitted them as well and delivered th bike to York free of charge

I have been buying a good range of bikes every few years over the past 30 years, not Ducati’s but I have to say the buying experience from Martin Bridgehouse and Ducati Manchester was outstanding I would more than recommend these guys

So to answer your questions, no deposit taken, bank transfer once home, delivery 10 days later
All performance parts fitted for delivery, heated grips, radiator guard, hand guards, sump guard, crash guards, rally seat, full Termi, tail tidy.

hope this helps

Ian

I absolutely love the look of your bike. Bravo! What's the story behind the wrap? Did you buy that somewhere and have it professionally installed, or did the dealer have those kinds of options available?

Thanks for the compliment!

Manchester Ducati general manager went to Ducati World Week and saw a number of Cagiva works and customer Paris Dakar bikes there.
It planted the seed with him, he took a load of images and then spoke to their contact back in the UK and the guy produced a number of designs
There was a blue one, another red and white one, a Lucky Strike rep and then my one.
