Please excuse my ignorance but can you tell me what these are for ?

Hello everyone, I FINALLY picked up my DX today - What a bike ! For the life of me I could not tell what these metal brackets are for .. neither did the dealer 🤣🤣
Can you help ?

Same here, didn't get them with bike. Could they be extra support for registration plate?

Morning. These are a dealer fit. They are use to span between the holes on the numberplate holder to add extra stiffness for offroad use. Mine were mounted vertically behind the number plate through the plate fixing holes (UK)
