Traction control error message

Hi Folks, has anyone had any issues with the traction control on there DX?
mine has 500 miles on it and I am getting traction error messages. If I switch off and re-start it goes away. Anyone had any similar issues?

Did you check the sensor? Maybe you just have some dirt stuck on it.

Yes did a check and all are clean and everything looks ok.
it came on yesterday after about 200yards, I turned the ignition off and them restarted it and did 200 miles without any problems. Today it came on and said error 54 after about 1 mile.
If there is a problem then it should be flashing all the time

I have the same issue - after a couple of days with the engine switching off while this error was flashing on my dash (during riding) it eventually my DSX didn't start

Here's a video of the struggles:

Does anyone have an idea what might be wrong? (sensors clean; and even if they were dirty it shouldn't cut off the engine)

There's a fuse under the seat that might need to be swapped put causing your TC problem ,there's vids on YouTube

Apparently everything under the seat was covered in mud. Do you guys have any solution for sealing it to protect the electronics from the mud/water?
