Wunderlich Wind Shield

For me, the wind noise on the Desert X is not a big problem. Nevertheless, I have tried various solutions. First the stock shield, then the touring version from Ducati and now the shield from Wunderlich. The latter is much quieter than the two options from Ducati. I am 183cm and ride with an Arai X4. If the noise would bother me massively, I would first look for a quiet helmet. But the combination with the Wunderlich shield is already very good.
The helmet requires, through the sunshade, that I tilt the head slightly forward (look down) - then the sound is really in the frame. I'm happy with the solution and I like the look too.

Ok good news. Interested in a Wunderlich vs Puig comparison if anyone has tried both.

Same here. Still holding fire on a purchase until I'm convinced.
Would also like to know short versus high screens too. I'm not averse to having a short screen if it stops that noise.

I can't even hear the engine, I think I'm just at the wrong height for all of the buffeting.
At least you say “buffeting”.
I eye roll at “buffering” !!
